We are seeking a talented individual to join our Property and Casualty Broking team. This role will be based in the London office and has a requirement of working in the office.
We are seeking an experienced Senior P&C Broker possibly looking to eventually step up into a Team Leader role. This role is perfect for someone with an extensive background within Property & Casualty insurance and the London Market, which could include Broking or Underwriting.
As a Team Leader you will grow a team, build your own high profile client portfolio and oversee daily operations, including renewals, mid-term adjustments, negotiations with insurers, and addressing client inquiries as well as ensuring the ongoing management and training of the team.
What you need to have:
- Extensive experience within a similar role within the Casualty Market
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence to advise and negotiate
- The ability to build, manage and develop relationships
