The Opportunity

We’re partnering with a well-established insurance organisation undergoing a range of strategic transformation initiatives. They are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex change programmes spanning both technology and business functions. This is a high-impact role where you’ll take ownership of key initiatives, including a large-scale upgrade of a core policy administration platform, alongside additional projects aligned to the wider change portfolio.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of business and technology change initiatives
  • Take ownership of an in-flight programme focused on a major system enhancement
  • Oversee additional projects within a prioritised change portfolio
  • Develop and manage detailed delivery plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes
  • Manage and coordinate third-party suppliers and delivery partners
  • Engage and influence senior stakeholders across the business
  • Ensure projects are aligned to strategic objectives and deliver measurable value
