I'm currently partnering with a global insurer on the appointment of an experienced Project Manager to join a major post-acquisition integration and transformation programme. This is a genuinely interesting opportunity to work on large-scale technology and business change initiatives involving system integration, legacy platform migration and target-state operating model design.
London Market insurance experience is mandatory for this role. We're specifically looking for Project Managers with a strong understanding of:
- The Submission, Quote, Bind lifecycle
- Pricing and policy administration
- Delivering technology projects within complex insurance environments
Candidates must also have experience delivering projects across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and be comfortable operating within both traditional and modern delivery environments. This role will suit individuals who are technically credible and able to work effectively with:
- Architects
- Solution Designers
- Development teams
- Business stakeholders across the UK and US
You'll need an understanding of:
- Systems integration
- APIs
- Data flows between enterprise applications
This isn't a role for a purely business-facing PM focused solely on governance and stakeholder management. The hiring team are looking for someone who can challenge requirements, understand technical impacts and drive delivery outcomes.
Highly desirable experience includes:
- M&A integration programmes
- Target-state transformation programmes
If you have London Market insurance experience and a track record of delivering technology-enabled change through the full SDLC, I'd be keen to have a confidential conversation.
