Reporting Transformation Programme Manager (Contract)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the Reporting Transformation Programme, defining roadmaps, milestones and KPIs.
• Oversee analytics and data science use cases across Digital and Delegated Authority domains.
• Deliver enhanced DA reporting, integrating platforms such as
  Intrali
  ,
  VIPR
  , and similar.
• Implement digital reporting capabilities through the platform while retiring legacy systems.
• Oversee enterprise-grade
  Power BI
  dashboard and semantic model development, ensuring user adoption.
• Engage stakeholders across underwriting, actuarial, claims and DA to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Present clear, executive-level updates and run programme steering groups.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, risks and programme governance.
• Drive agile delivery, guiding Data Analysts and BI Developers through sprint cycles.
• Promote continuous improvement and a data-driven culture.

Skills & Experience

• Significant experience managing large-scale technology change programmes.
• Proven delivery of data analytics and data science initiatives.
• Strong agile delivery leadership.
• Cloud programme delivery experience;
  Azure
  desirable.
• Insurance/financial services experience required; Lloyd\’s market experience advantageous.
• Strong communication, organisational and multi-workstream prioritisation skills.
• Knowledge of analytics, data science and cloud technologies used within the insurance sector.
