They’re looking for a Solution Architect to help drive innovation and modernisation across their platforms and services. The Role
- As a Solution Architect, you’ll play a key role in shaping technology strategy and delivering scalable, high-quality solutions across a complex enterprise environment.
- You’ll collaborate closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership to design and implement architecture that supports long-term transformation goals.
- Define and evolve application and system roadmaps aligned to transformation initiatives.
- Design scalable, modular, and reusable solutions across cloud and on-prem environments.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop business cases and high-level operating models.
- Ensure alignment with architecture standards, governance, and best practices.
- Own solution design through to approval and implementation.
- Promote and enable Agile and DevSecOps ways of working.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement through emerging technologies.
- Provide technical leadership, including design reviews, code quality, and performance optimisation.
- Identify and mitigate technology risks.
- Produce clear and comprehensive architecture documentation.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in solution architecture within enterprise environments.
- Proven track record designing systems across cloud and on-prem platforms.
- Experience with API-driven, microservices, and event-based architectures.
- Knowledge of integration patterns (e.g. service bus, API mediation, event streaming).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC practices.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and influence technical teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working with platforms such as ERP, policy/admin systems, or customer portals is beneficial.
- Cloud expertise and architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF) are a plus.
