A highly respected London-based organisation is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager / Lead Delivery Manager to become the founding leader of its delivery capability across Digital Solutions. This is a senior, hands-on role for a delivery leader who thrives in product-led, agile environments and wants to shape how delivery is done from the ground up.
You will work day-to-day with Product Leads, Product Managers, and Product Owners, shaping agile delivery practices, improving flow and predictability, and creating the conditions for sustainable, outcome-focused delivery. As the function grows, you will lead and develop Delivery Managers and establish delivery as a trusted partner across Product, Tech, and the business.
Key focus:- Build and embed modern agile delivery practices (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid)
- Translate OKRs into clear, transparent quarterly delivery plans
- Be accountable for team health, flow, and delivery effectiveness
- Remove impediments, coach teams, and stay close to the work
- Own portfolio-level delivery oversight and honest delivery insight
- Help land digital change into the business
- Play a key role in landing digital change into the business
- Collaborate with Business Change, BAs, and operational stakeholders to assess readiness and impact
- Facilitate strong collaboration between Product, Technology, and the wider organisation
- Use business analysis skills where helpful to clarify outcomes, dependencies, and risks
- Senior Delivery Manager experience in product-led, agile environments
- Strong partnership with Product teams
- Proven experience building or maturing delivery capability
- Focus on outcomes over outputs
- Experience delivering digital products, platforms, apps, online services, data or AI-enabled solutions
- Industry background is flexible — e-commerce, tech product, digital media, government, fintech, or modern financial services all welcome.
