A leading London Market insurer is looking to appoint a Conduct Risk Officer to join its Compliance team in the City. This opportunity would suit candidates with 1–4 years’ experience in Conduct Risk who are looking to further develop their career in a highly collaborative, commercial, and stakeholder-facing environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with Underwriters and senior stakeholders across the business, playing a key role in shaping, challenging, and embedding Conduct Risk practices across the organisation. This position requires an individual who can build credibility with underwriting teams, influence decision‑making, and confidently challenge where appropriate to ensure good customer outcomes and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities:
  • Supporting the delivery, oversight, and continuous enhancement of the Conduct Risk framework
  • Partnering with underwriting teams to provide practical Conduct Risk guidance and influence business decisions
  • Building strong relationships with Underwriters and other key stakeholders to drive positive Conduct Risk outcomes

Requirements:
