  • Collaborate with HR colleagues across Operations, Reward, Learning & Development and Recruitment to deliver seamless HR initiatives

  • Act as a senior HR point of contact for the Executive team in the absence of the CHRO, as required

  • Support and mentor junior members of the HR team where appropriate
  • Undertake additional ad hoc HR projects as required

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes and best practice, with a solid understanding of UK employment law
  • Experience within insurance, financial services or a regulated environment is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence working across all levels of the organisation, including senior executives
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
