About the Role

I have a client looking for a proactive and highly organised Delivery Manager to drive day-to-day delivery across multiple agile squads. In this role, you’ll work sprint by sprint with Product Leads and business sponsors, ensuring delivery stays aligned to quarterly objectives and that progress is visible, explainable, and trusted across the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys coaching teams, and can bring structure and clarity to product-led delivery. You’ll be at the heart of helping scale its agile ways of working, removing blockers, maintaining delivery discipline, and ensuring our roadmaps are delivered with pace and quality.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead delivery across 2 or more agile squads, ensuring sprint commitments link clearly to quarterly roadmaps.
  • Work closely with Product Leads to plan, prioritise, and re-prioritise work as needed.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and keep teams on track, engaged, and unblocked.
  • Track decisions, risks, and changes, ensuring transparency in governance forums.
  • Use Azure DevOps (ADO) as the source of truth for planning, tracking, and reporting.
  • Produce clear delivery reporting that connects sprint progress to wider business objectives.

The Impact You’ll Have

  • Visible, traceable progress that stands up in governance and stakeholder reviews.
  • Clean, current, and trusted ADO boards that support decision-making.
  • Motivated teams delivering at pace with fewer blockers and clearer priorities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience in delivery management or Scrum Master roles.
  • Deep understanding of agile frameworks, ceremonies, servant leadership, and dependency management.
  • Advanced user of Azure DevOps, with the ability to coach others in best practice.
  • Excellent communicator—able to keep stakeholders aligned without introducing unnecessary process.
  • Pragmatic, organised, and comfortable working in a large organisation transitioning to product-led delivery.

We are dedicated to maintaining a diverse, inclusive, and supportive workplace where people can grow, contribute, and excel. If you’re a motivated delivery professional who wants to help drive meaningful change within a purpose-driven organisation, I’d love to hear from you.
