City of London | Hybrid (2-3 days per week)

Are you passionate about helping people embrace new technology? I'm working with a leading London Market insurer that is transforming the way it uses AI, automation and digital solutions across the business. As investment in new technology continues, they're looking for a Digital Change & Learning Specialist to ensure colleagues have the knowledge, confidence and support to make the most of these tools.

This is a highly visible role where you'll collaborate with Product, Technology and Business teams to create engaging learning experiences, drive user adoption and embed lasting behavioural change. It's ideal for someone who is creative, engaging and genuinely enjoys working with people.

What you'll be doing:

  • Developing and delivering engaging learning and enablement initiatives for new digital tools and AI solutions
  • Working closely with Product and Technology teams to support successful product launches
  • Identifying skills gaps, training needs and barriers to adoption
  • Creating practical learning materials, workshops and communications that encourage user engagement
  • Gathering user feedback and using insights to improve adoption and the overall user experience
  • Measuring adoption success and continuously refining learning strategies

What you'll bring:

  • Experience in Digital Transformation, Business Change, Technology Adoption or Learning & Enablement
  • A passion for helping people embrace new technology
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A creative approach to designing engaging learning experiences
  • Confidence working with digital tools and emerging technologies, including AI
  • Experience partnering with Product, Technology or Change teams
