Delivery Manager | Digital Transformation | London Market Insurance | £90,000 | Hybrid (3 days in the City office)
I'm partnering with one of the most exciting and ambitious organisations in the London Insurance Market as they continue to invest heavily in a major technology and digital transformation programme. This is an opportunity to join a business that is genuinely modernising the way technology is delivered, with strong executive sponsorship, significant investment, and a clear product-led strategy.
As a Delivery Manager, you'll sit at the heart of a growing Digital function, working with Product Owners, Technical Leads and engineering teams to drive the successful delivery of strategic initiatives across the business. You'll play a key role in embedding agile ways of working, improving delivery maturity and helping teams deliver value in a predictable and sustainable way.
What you'll be doing
- Facilitating agile ceremonies including sprint planning, refinement, reviews and retrospectives
- Managing dependencies, risks and delivery roadmaps across multiple stakeholders
- Coaching teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement
- Using delivery metrics and data to improve team performance and outcomes
- Building strong relationships across Product, Technology and the wider business functions
What we're looking for
- Proven experience delivering within product-led technology environments
- Strong Agile delivery background with experience leading cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and competing priorities
- Experience within insurance, financial services or another regulated industry would be highly advantageous
- Exposure to DORA metrics, Flow Metrics or similar modern delivery practices would be beneficial
- Agile certifications such as Scrum or SAFe are a plus.
