A leading organisation within the insurance sector is seeking an experienced Test Manager / Test Lead to join on a permanent basis, supporting major technology and business initiatives.

Hybrid working – 3 days per week in the London office. Salary up to £110,000 per annum + benefits + bonus. Previous Insurance experience is essential!

This position will take ownership of the end-to-end testing lifecycle, leading testing activity across large and complex programmes. The Test Manager will work closely with engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery, clear governance, and successful sign-off.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement test strategies, plans, and processes
  • Lead UAT, end-to-end, and non-functional testing activities
  • Oversee defect management, reporting, and quality metrics
  • Provide assurance that testing meets business and industry standards
  • Drive continuous improvement in testing practices
