We are seeking an experienced PAS Technical Lead to join my client’s team, taking over from the current incumbent who will be retiring next year. This is a key role within the organisation, offering both leadership responsibility and technical ownership of their core systems.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience working with Lloyd’s market PAS platforms (essential)
- Strong preference for experience with DXC PAS solutions, ideally DXC Assure (currently in use at my client)
- Demonstrable track record within specialty insurance
- Deep understanding of specialty insurance processes and relevant regulatory frameworks

The successful candidate will play a critical role in overseeing and enhancing PAS capabilities, ensuring robust system performance, and supporting the operational delivery of high-quality services.

- Provide technical leadership across middle- and back-office PAS activities
- Support and enable the outsourcing of complex, high-touch processes, reducing friction and improving efficiency
- Ensure delivery of a trusted, high-quality service aligned with regulatory and business standards
