An established insurance organisation is preparing for a major London office relocation and is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead all technology and security aspects of the move.

The organisation will be relocating its London headquarters and requires a proven specialist to own the end‑to‑end technology programme, from planning and design through to execution and transition.

This role sits within the Technology function, reporting to a senior technology leader and works very closely with the internal Real‑Estate team and external partners.

This is a hands‑on delivery role with accountability for infrastructure, networks, security, end‑user technology, vendor coordination, risk management and business continuity throughout the relocation.

Contract Details

• Contract role, inside IR35
• Initial 12‑month contract, with a strong expectation of extension beyond the move date
• London‑based (hybrid working expected)

Essential Experience (non‑negotiable)

• Demonstrable experience leading the technology side of full office relocations
• Ownership of infrastructure, networks, security and workplace technology during office moves
• Strong stakeholder management across Technology, Real‑Estate and third‑party vendors
• Proven ability to deliver complex, high‑risk programmes with minimal disruption to the business

Candidates must have direct experience managing the technology and security elements of violoc transay office relocations. Profiles without this experience cannot be considered.
