I’m currently partnering with a leading Financial Services organisation to hire an experienced Operational Resilience & Business Continuity Manager to join their growing team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of resilience strategy within a highly regulated environment and play a key role in ensuring the organisation can effectively respond to and recover from disruption.
The Role
- You’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving the organisation’s Operational Resilience and Business Continuity frameworks, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and industry best practices.
- Key areas of focus include:
- End-to-end ownership of Business Continuity Planning (BCP)
- Leading incident and crisis management response
- Oversight of disaster recovery (DR) testing and assurance
- Managing third-party and supplier resilience risks
- Partnering with InfoSec on cyber resilience strategy
- Driving governance, reporting, and resilience culture across the business
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in Operational Resilience / Business Continuity within Financial Services or another regulated environment
- Strong understanding of FCA/PRA expectations and frameworks (e.g., ISO 22301)
- Hands-on experience managing incidents, crises, and resilience testing
- Exposure to third-party risk, cyber resilience, and DR planning
- High-impact role with real ownership and visibility
