We’re looking for an IAM Operations Engineer to play a key role in operating and enhancing our enterprise Identity and Access Management services. In this role, you’ll be part of a global IAM team responsible for ensuring secure access to systems and applications across the business, with a strong focus on Privileged Access Management, SSO/MFA, and Directory Services.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as a hands-on IAM Operations Engineer, supporting and enhancing core IAM platforms and services
- Implement and support new IAM capabilities and enhancements to existing solutions
- Manage day-to-day IAM requests and provide IAM guidance to projects and initiatives
- Support global IAM services, ensuring availability, resilience, and SLA adherence
- Drive IAM compliance through access reviews, audits, certifications, and operational reporting
- Identify risks, issues, and blockers, escalating where appropriate to ensure timely delivery
- Contribute to IAM strategy, standards, and future roadmap planning
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years’ experience in Information Security or IAM-related roles
- Strong hands-on experience with enterprise IAM platforms such as CyberArk, Delinea, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Active Directory
- Solid knowledge of SSO, MFA, and federation technologies (SAML, OIDC, OAuth)
- Experience managing Privileged Access Management, including vaulting, session management, and privileged account lifecycle
- Strong understanding of least privilege, Zero Trust, and phishing-resistant authentication
- Experience working within ITSM frameworks (Incident, Change, and Problem Management)
- Scripting or automation experience using PowerShell and/or Python
- Ability to manage priorities, communicate progress clearly, and work effectively in a global team
