A well‑respected London Market insurer is looking for a Business Change Specialist to drive meaningful transformation across its digital solutions and operating environment. It is especially valuable for candidates with previous London Insurance Market or Financial Services experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product, Delivery, and L&D teams to design and deliver business change and adoption strategies.
• Co‑create training, learning pathways, and enablement materials for long‑term adoption.
• Work with business sponsors to evolve processes and workflows to maximise digital benefits.
• Support teams to adapt their ways of working and decision‑making.
• Deliver clear, engaging communications to help users navigate change.

Required Skills & Experience

• Previous experience within the London Insurance Market or Financial Services sector.
• Strong background in digital adoption, change management, or business transformation.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Confident communication, facilitation, and storytelling capabilities.
• Experience developing training, communications, or enablement content.
• Pragmatic, creative approach with the ability to bring clarity in complex environments.
