Location: London 2-3 days plus international travel as required

Job Summary:
- Own global product strategy for GRS business objectives within the Underwriting domain, focusing on Agile products across risk assessment, coverage, rating, and pricing capabilities
- Collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, and data teams to optimize data flow and capability engagement
- Translate the overall underwriting vision into a comprehensive digital strategy
- Oversee Agile product teams, ensuring proper resourcing and focus
- Manage a team of Product Managers and coordinate their Agile teams and stakeholders
- Ensure achievement of outcomes and key results aligned with strategic objectives
- Maintain stakeholder satisfaction and progress using Agile methodologies
