Claims Specialist - Property + Construction

Job Title: Claims Specialist, Global Property, Construction & Property Binders Permanent position in London Salary: £60,000 – £67,000 + Bonus + benefits Ideal candidates: Minimum of 3-4 years\’ experience handling Lloyd\’s global property claims. Role Contribution: As a Claims Specialist, you will handle complex claims, mentor junior team members, and build relationships with key clients and stakeholders to strengthen my clients market role. Key Responsibilities: Adjust property and construction claims worldwide Manage third-party service providers and external legal advisors Develop strong working relationships with clients and brokers Handle Company Market and Lloyd\’s Syndicate claims Support junior colleagues with complex cases Evaluate coverage and reserve analysis Coordinate with underwriters, Risk Management, Actuarial teams, and Ceded Reinsurance team Record and manage claims files Qualifications: Understanding of the London Market in relevant classes of business Experience in insurance claims, preferably in property/construction Strong relationship-building and communication skills Decision-making ability focused on results Team player mentality Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a syndicate, company, or broker within claims Knowledge of ECF2 and London market systems like Docosoft Degree or diploma (CII or equivalent) Interest in property and construction We value your unique expertise and are open to discussing how it can help achieve our goals.
