Cheltenham Festival – Betting and Cash Handling Team Members Dates: 11th March – 14th March Hourly Rate: Up to £12.55 We are recruiting enthusiastic individuals to join the team at the Cheltenham Festival, one of the UK’s premier racing events. Whether you're looking to gain new skills or earn extra cash during the festival, we’d love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: * Assist customers with placing bets using the latest betting technology (don’t worry, we’ll train you!). * Provide top-tier customer service in public areas, restaurants, and private boxes. * Process winnings for customers presenting a winning ticket. * Handle cash and assist with end-of-day cashing up. * Support customers in understanding different bet types (training provided). We’re looking for: * A strong customer-focused attitude. * Confidence in handling cash and completing calculations. * Flexibility to work in different areas of the racecourse. * A team player with a passion for engaging with people.
