Key Responsibilities of the part time Finance Assistant: * Handle telephone queries on financial matters with professionalism. * Assist in managing payroll, sales, and purchase ledgers, including posting customer payments, processing supplier invoices, and reconciling accounts. * Oversee credit control to ensure timely payments. * Prepare and present financial reports to support business decisions. * Collaborate with coordinators and resolve finance-related queries. * Ensure compliance with company procedures and financial regulations. * Generate sales invoices. * Maintain and manage company vehicle records, including fuel invoice reconciliation. Requirements of the part time Finance Assistant: * Previous experience in a financial role. * Proficient in Sage and Microsoft Office. * AAT qualification would be desirable. * Accuracy, reliability, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. * Strong interpersonal and telephone communication skills.
