Coded Welder Salary £16.50 – £19.00 Location- Gloucester My client is looking for an experienced and coded Welder/Fabricator to join their dynamic and expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of projects, using your welding and fabrication expertise to create high-quality products that meet exacting standards. Key Responsibilities: * Welding: Execute MIG, TIG, MAG and ARC welding to fabricate and repair metal structures according to technical specifications and blueprints. * Fabrication: Cut, shape, and assemble metal components to produce parts and structures. You’ll work with various metals, ensuring all fabrications meet safety and quality standards. * Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to understand project requirements and ensure accurate fabrication and assembly. Quality Control: * Inspect and test finished products to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards. * Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to complete projects on time and to the highest standard. Candidate Requirements: * Proven experience in welding (MIG, MAG, TIG, ARC) and metal fabrication. * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical blueprints. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. * Experience working with a variety of metals, including mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium. * Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
