Must Have’s

* A solid understanding of Claims within Personal or Commercial Insurance, Commercial is preferable

* Ability to manage time effectively and stay organised under pressure

* Confident with numbers and insurance terminology

* Empathy – you’ll be supporting clients during difficult times

Nice to have’s

* Experience handling Liability claims (e.g. Public Liability, Employers’ Liability, D&O)

* Cert CII qualified or working towards

* Prior experience working with insurance companies or brokers

So what will you be doing?

* Acting as the key contact between clients and insurers to guide them through the claims process

* Advising clients on cover and helping review all documentation

* Keeping accurate records and files for each claim

* Liaising with sub-brokers, insurers, and agents to ensure claims are progressing

* Supporting recovery of uninsured losses where required

* Monday to Friday, full-time hours, 9am – 5pm

* Based in Cheltenham – hybrid working options available
