Cheltenham Festival – Betting Assistants Dates: 11th March – 14th March Hourly Rate: Up to £12.55 Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to be part of the iconic Cheltenham Festival? We are seeking friendly, reliable individuals to assist with customer service and betting roles at the racecourse. No previous experience is required – FULL training will be provided! What you'll be doing: * Taking bets from customers using the new betting tablets (training provided). * Offering excellent customer service from behind betting windows or directly engaging with customers in restaurants and boxes. * Paying out winnings to customers with winning tickets. * Handling cash and assisting with cashing up at the end of the day. * Explaining different bet types to customers if needed (training provided). Who we are looking for: * Excellent customer service skills. * Comfort with handling cash and counting at the end of each race day. * Flexibility to move around different areas of the racecourse as needed. * A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with the ability to engage confidently with customers.
