Hours: Monday and Friday 8.30am - 5pm
My privately owned client has an impressive growth record, predominantly through online channels, developing and marketing products on a global basis. Ideally you will have worked in an administrative capacity before, wanting to join a supportive and friendly team, but you will receive full training.
Main Responsibilities:
- Processing orders from retailers
- Inbox management
- Tracking & providing tracking information to customers by email
- Processing and coordinating shipments from the UK office
- Purchase Ledger & Sales Ledger data inputting and allocating on Sage 200
- Customer Service - Phone, email & customer portals
- Review content and analysis data on resellers websites
- Reporting - Daily stock levels, reoccurring customer issues
- Filing & general office duties
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following competences:
- Microsoft Office experience essential
- The ability to work to deadlines
- Have excellent organisational skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident on the phone
