i2i Recruitment is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Sourcing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is a key support role that combines candidate sourcing with payroll and timesheet administration. Its ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong organisational skills, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and engage candidates across various platforms
- Assist consultants with shortlisting, interview scheduling, and candidate management
- Update and maintain internal databases and records
- Process weekly payroll and timesheets for temporary workers
- Act as a point of contact for client and candidate queries related to payroll and administration
- Ensure compliance and accuracy in onboarding documentation
- Support a smooth and professional candidate experience
What We're Looking For:
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly with numerical data and deadlines
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or payroll is desirable
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and database systems
