So what will you be doing?
- Assisting with end-to-end delivery of UK and internal projects
- Responding to queries across inboxes, phone, and internal systems
- Supporting Project Coordinators & Managers and ensuring operations platforms stay updated
- Booking crew, vehicles, freight, accommodation, and travel logistics
- Coordinating Health and Safety paperwork, risk assessments, and show meeting logistics
- Monitoring project budgets and flagging discrepancies
- Maintaining transport planners, vehicle logistics, and insurance records

- Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm (1-hour lunch)
