What Youll Be Doing
Running quotes through open-market portals
Capturing risk details and producing sharp quotation reports
Contacting insurers for terms and renewals
Using Acturis to create policies, raise invoices, and process acceptances
Preparing policy packs, cover notes and confirmations
Creating key docs (No Claims, NDAs, To Whom It May Concern letters)
Keeping data clean, accurate, and compliant
Jumping into team projects when needed
Must-Haves
Some insurance knowledge already under your belt
Experience using Acturis
Razor-sharp attention to detail
Strong organisation and time-management skills
Happy juggling tasks in a busy environment
A collaborative, team-first mindset
Nice-to-Haves
HubSpot experience
Exposure to commercial insurance or client support
