A rare opportunity has come in to work with a fantastic local charity. The primary focus of this role is to provide expert employee relations (ER) advice and ensure that managers are well-equipped to navigate the evolving landscape of work and employment law. Additionally, the role supports the HR Director by leading key projects such as benchmarking and organisational restructures. The successful candidate will contribute to creating a positive work culture, support organisational development, and ensure HR best practices are applied throughout the organisation.
Experience
- Solid experience as an HR/ER generalist around 3 years experience
- Strong employee relations experience with a commitment to continuously developing and enhancing these skills
- Experience and knowledge of HR databases
- Proven experience working effectively under pressure and meeting extremely tight deadlines

- Excellent knowledge of best HR practice and employment law
