Good geographical knowledge of Europe and/or international destinations Experience designing bespoke itineraries or quoting holiday packages Familiarity with travel booking systems or CRMs Knowledge of the luxury travel market and high-end clientele So what will you be doing? Managing client bookings from enquiry to completion Designing and quoting bespoke travel itineraries based on customer needs Negotiating rates and availability with providers Maintaining accurate records in the reservation system Building and nurturing long-term relationships with global clients Supporting the Sales Manager and working towards team sales targets Following company processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations Helpful extras Based in central Cheltenham
