Must Haves
- Previous experience in a fast paced customer service/admin role
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Confident with Outlook, Excel and Word
- Previous experience liaising with 3rd parties and customers
- Ability to work as part of a small, close-knit team
- Positive, can-do attitude
Nice to haves
- Experience using Xero software
- Knowledge of booking deliveries or working in logistics
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Prior experience within a construction, interior design or manufacturing would be highly advantageous
So what will you be doing?
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers, transport and warehouse teams
- Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Monitoring email inboxes and acknowledging all enquiries and orders
- Processing customer orders and raising sales invoices using Xero
- Working alongside all areas of the business to ensure excellent service is delivered
- Carrying out general admin and ad-hoc support tasks as needed
- Processing customer sample orders, and posting
