  • Experience using a CRM platform, ideally within recruitment or a similar environment
  • Experience planning and delivering email marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, database structure and data management

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable working closely with recruiters and internal teams

  • Maintaining and developing the Bullhorn CRM database to improve segmentation and data quality

  • Supporting consultants with marketing activity for candidate pipelines
  • Tracking and analysing campaign performance including open rates and engagement
  • Helping develop talent communities across key recruitment sectors
  • Supporting digital activity across LinkedIn and other social channels
  • Promoting live roles, candidate availability and relevant market insights
  • Ensuring all CRM and marketing activity remains compliant with GDPR
  • Identifying opportunities to improve automation, campaign workflows and engagement
