i2i Recruitment, a B Corp certified recruitment consultancy based in Cheltenham, is looking for a CRM & Marketing Automation Executive to take ownership of our candidate and client database and help drive targeted marketing campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with CRM systems, data and digital marketing automation, and wants to play a key role in how a growing business engages with its network.
You will manage and optimise our Bullhorn CRM database, build segmented mailing lists and deliver targeted email marketing campaigns to candidates and clients. Working closely with the recruitment and leadership teams, you will help create data driven marketing activity that supports live vacancies, candidate engagement and business growth. We are also about to implement SourceBreaker integrated with Bullhorn, giving you powerful tools to build talent pipelines and support marketing automation across our database. This role would suit someone who enjoys combining data management, CRM technology and marketing automation to create measurable marketing campaigns.
Role Responsibilities- Managing and maintaining the Bullhorn CRM database, ensuring high levels of data accuracy and segmentation
- Building targeted and segmented mailing lists for marketing campaigns
- Creating and delivering email marketing campaigns to candidates and clients
- Supporting recruiters in marketing live vacancies and available candidates through CRM campaigns
- Monitoring campaign performance including open rates, engagement and response rates
- Supporting digital marketing activity across LinkedIn and other social media platforms
- Working with consultants to identify marketing opportunities within candidate and client databases
- Ensuring GDPR compliance and best practice across all CRM marketing activity
- Supporting the rollout and utilisation of SourceBreaker within Bullhorn
- Identifying opportunities to improve marketing automation and candidate engagement
- Experience working with a CRM system such as Bullhorn or a similar platform
- Experience creating and delivering email marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of database management, segmentation and data quality
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable analysing campaign performance and engagement metrics
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with different teams
- Experience working within recruitment, staffing or talent acquisition
- Experience with Bullhorn CRM
- Knowledge of marketing automation or email marketing platforms
- Experience using sourcing tools such as SourceBreaker
- Experience managing LinkedIn or digital marketing campaigns
- Salary between £28,000 and £40,000 pro rata depending on experience
- Flexible working options including part time hours if preferred
