Full Time or Part Time with transition to Full Time | Permanent

Looking for a role with real impact, flexibility, and career growth?

We're looking for an exceptional individual to become a trusted partner to our CEO and Chief Commercial Officer.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of a growing and ambitious business, helping senior leaders stay focused on the priorities that matter most while creating structure, clarity and momentum across a fast-moving environment.

You may already be an experienced Executive Assistant, or you may be someone with outstanding organisational skills, commercial awareness and a natural ability to keep people, projects and priorities aligned.

If you have the drive, potential, and ambition to grow into the role, we'd love to hear from you.

What matters most is your ability to bring calm, focus and organisation to an ever-changing landscape, helping our leadership team operate at their very best.

About Us

At i247 Group, we're on a mission to become the most trusted, innovative and solution-driven partner in automotive technology and services.

Everything we do is built around our core values

People

We put people first and believe great businesses are built by great teams.

Passion

We bring energy, commitment and pride to everything we do.

Deliver

We take ownership, follow through on our commitments, and strive for excellence.

Solutions

We stay curious, adaptable, and focused on finding the best way forward.

These values shape our culture, guide our leadership, and influence how we work together every day.

The Opportunity

This is far more than a traditional Executive Assistant role.

You'll become a trusted extension of the CEO and CCO, helping them navigate busy schedules, competing priorities and strategic initiatives.

You'll create the structure that allows them to focus on leading the business whilst ensuring critical actions continue progressing behind the scenes.

You'll work closely with our People & Culture Leader to support company-wide initiatives, leadership activities, internal communications and employee engagement programmes, particularly when members of the executive team are travelling or away from the office.

You'll have direct exposure to business leadership, strategic planning, commercial decision-making, organisational development and high-profile projects across the Group.

For someone who is ambitious, curious and eager to develop, this role offers exceptional opportunities to learn, grow and build a long-term career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Support
  • Proactively manage the diaries, priorities and commitments of the CEO and CCO
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, accommodation and itineraries
  • Prepare agendas, briefing papers, presentations and meeting packs
  • Track actions and ensure commitments are followed through
  • Manage communications and correspondence on behalf of executives
  • Act as a key liaison between leadership and teams across the business
  • Support confidential business, commercial and people-related matters
  • Assist with strategic projects and leadership initiatives
  • Creating Structure & Focus
  • Bring organisation and clarity to changing priorities
  • Ensure executives remain focused on their highest-value activities
  • Create systems and processes that improve efficiency
  • Anticipate needs before they become urgent requests
  • Identify obstacles and proactively find solutions
  • Keep projects, actions and deadlines moving forward
  • Create the calm and focus that allows leaders to perform at their best
  • Culture & People Support
  • Partner closely with our People & Culture Leader
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and company events
  • Assist with leadership meetings, workshops and off-site activities
  • Help coordinate internal communications
  • Support cultural initiatives when executives are travelling or working remotely
  • Contribute to creating a positive, connected and engaging workplace
  • Leadership Representation
  • Act as a trusted representative of the executive team
  • Build strong relationships across all levels of the business
  • Create confidence and credibility with internal and external stakeholders
  • Be a positive ambassador for our culture, values and leadership team
  • Help ensure the business remains connected, informed and aligned

This role offers a front-row seat to how a fast-growing business operates.

  • You'll work directly alongside the CEO and Chief Commercial Officer, gaining exposure to:
  • Strategic planning and business growth initiatives
  • Organisational transformation
  • Board-level reporting and business planning
  • Company-wide operational and cultural initiatives

You'll see first-hand how senior leaders solve problems, make decisions and drive growth.

For someone with ambition, curiosity and a desire to grow, this role provides an outstanding platform for long-term career development.

A Flexible Role Built Around Trust

Let's be honest. Supporting senior executives isn't always a 9-5 role.

There will be occasions when important communications need attention outside of standard working hours.

There will be company events, leadership meetings, team activities and business functions that happen in the evenings or away from the office.

Sometimes priorities will shift quickly and you'll need to adapt.

We're looking for someone who understands that executive support is about outcomes, responsiveness and partnership rather than watching the clock.

In return, you'll be trusted to manage your time with flexibility and autonomy.

This role is about helping our leaders create balance, focus and effectiveness in their roles while allowing you the flexibility to work in a way that supports your own commitments and wellbeing too.

Flexible Entry Options

We recognise that exceptional candidates don't always fit into a traditional recruitment box.

This role can begin on a part-time basis, allowing you to develop your understanding of the business, build strong relationships with the leadership team and grow into the position over time.

As responsibilities increase and confidence develops, there is the opportunity to transition into a full-time Executive Assistant role, with greater ownership, exposure and responsibility across the business.

We value capability, attitude and potential just as highly as experience.

About You

We're more interested in finding the right person than the perfect CV.

Equally, you may have developed exceptional organisational skills through project management, operations, events, HR, recruitment, customer success, administration, or another professional environment and be ready for your next challenge.

  • You’ll Bring
  • Outstanding organisational and planning skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High levels of professionalism and discretion
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Confidence working with senior leaders and stakeholders
  • Emotional intelligence and sound judgement
  • A proactive, positive and solutions-focused mindset
  • A genuine desire to help others succeed

You’ll Thrive Here If You...

  • Enjoy creating structure and focus for busy people
  • Stay calm and positive when priorities evolve
  • Like taking ownership and responsibility
  • Build trust quickly with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Love organising people, projects and activities
  • Enjoy variety and challenge
  • Want exposure to how a business is led and managed
  • Take pride in helping others achieve their best work
  • What Success Looks Like

Success isn't measured by how many meetings you schedule or emails you send.

Success is measured by the calm, clarity and focus you create around the people you support.

You'll help our leaders spend more time on the most important opportunities, ensure the business remains connected and organised when they're away from the office, and play a key role in helping i247 Group continue to grow.

You'll become someone our leaders trust, our teams rely on and our business values.

  • What You’ll Receive
  • Hybrid and flexible working arrangements
  • Significant autonomy and trust
  • Direct exposure to the CEO, CCO and senior leadership team
  • Involvement in strategic business initiatives and projects
  • Career development and progression opportunities
  • Company events, leadership sessions and team activities
  • A supportive, collaborative and values-led culture
  • The chance to make a meaningful impact across the business
