In this hands-on leadership position, you will lead a team of technicians while actively participating in the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of GE Health Care Patient Care Solutions and Ultrasound systems.
You will serve as a key point of contact for both internal and external customers, ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the daily activities and workload of the technician team.
Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of GE Health Care Patient Care Solutions and Ultrasound equipment down to component level.
Diagnose technical faults and identify effective repair solutions.
Prepare repair quotations and manage parts ordering as required.
Install, configure, and test computer hardware, servers, peripherals, operating systems, and application software.
Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to provide updates and technical support.
Manage inventory and maintain accurate service records.
Ensure timely follow-up and traceability of repairs using service management systems.
Maintain compliance with quality standards, documented processes, and ISO 9001 requirements.
