We help partners launch, grow and optimise their presence on comparison sites and quote portals across every major and niche class of UK insurance. Alongside our established comparison and subregator services, we’re expanding into advanced self‑management subscription tools for our new dashboard and panel hub.

You’ll work closely with our marketing team to shape and deliver a sales and business development strategy that strengthens existing relationships and opens new doors. This is a role for someone who enjoys building partnerships, spotting opportunities, and turning conversations into commercial success.
- Support the development and execution of the company’s sales and marketing plan
- Deliver against agreed business development targets
- Build, nurture and maintain strong relationships with insurers, brokers and other trading partners
- Identify new opportunities for panel growth and product adoption
Experience in insurance — personal lines and SME commercial
An existing network of insurer and broker contacts
Strong presence in industry social networks and communities
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary £45k–£55k depending on experience
- Company‑wide profit‑related bonus scheme

- Full‑time role (37.5 hours), though strong candidates with slightly reduced availability will be considered
- Predominantly home‑based with full technical support
- Occasional travel for client meetings, events and company gatherings
- Flexible working (Monday–Friday availability expected outside holidays)
- Virtual meetings via Microsoft Teams as standard
Our office is in Micheldever, Hampshire — a converted barn with great parking and beautiful views — but relocation isn’t required. We may be an IT business at heart, but our team spans a wide range of technical and non‑technical roles.
