We are recruiting a Senior Architectural Technician to join a design led architectural practice delivering high quality residential projects. This is a technical delivery focused role, heavily weighted towards RIBA Stages 4 and 5 and Revit based information production. It will suit someone who enjoys owning technical packages, coordinating consultants, and resolving buildability issues through to construction. This role is not concept led and is not a stepping stone architect position; it’s a genuine senior technical role with autonomy and responsibility.
Key Responsibilities- Predominantly RIBA Stage 4 and 5 (approx. 90%)
- Production and coordination of technical drawing packages
- Revit led role (AutoCAD knowledge also useful)
- Residential projects (high quality housing)
- Direct liaison with consultants, contractors, and building control
- Checking and overseeing work produced by junior staff
- Regular site involvement during construction
- Ability to run multiple projects with minimal supervision
- Strong technical knowledge and construction stage experience
- Excellent AutoCAD skills
