We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Estimator with a strong background to join our client’s construction team in Milton Keynes. The ideal candidate will be capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Our client is well established in the M&E sector with a proven track record of delivering electrical and mechanical solutions across commercial, educational and industrial.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and submit electrical cost estimates and bids with accuracy and efficiency to submit to customers.
  • Research and source materials and equipment needed for projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
  • Prepare and manage project estimates, budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and exceeded.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator.
  • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
  • Proficiency in cost analysis, budget management, and risk assessment.
