We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Director to lead and oversee our Projects function. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery, performance, and profitability of a multi-million-pound project portfolio.

This role will lead Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Site teams, ensuring all projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while driving continuous improvement and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and develop project and site delivery teams
  • Oversee all live and upcoming projects, ensuring consistent delivery standards
  • Take ownership of departmental P&L and drive financial performance
  • Ensure robust project governance, reporting, and risk management
  • Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
  • Support bid strategy, tendering, and business growth initiatives
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence

  • Proven experience in a senior construction project leadership role
