Company: Small Architectural Practice based in Milton Keynes who have been established for over 15 years and specialise in working across all PLC (David Wilson, Taylor Wimpey, Bloor etc) new housing developments. They are responsible for creating all working drawings and plans after design and are a specialist drawing office.
Responsibilities:
- Support senior team members to deliver high quality work alongside building client relationships.
- Be a fast learner to progress in your own development and be keen to learn and willing to take on new responsibilities as the time comes.
- Use design acumen, technical knowledge and skills and be involved in all building design processes.
Qualifications:
- Ambitious and passionate Architectural graduate who has successfully completed a degree or qualification in design or architecture.
- Good understanding of building design discipline, basic form and construction.
- Good software experience and a good understanding of building design processes.
- General view to be involved in all building design processes.
