Are you an experienced primary teaching assistant with a passion for supporting the development of children, and a desire to take the next step in your career as a HLTA? Perhaps you have been working supply for the academic year, and want to find a new and exciting full-time HLTA role inside of a brilliant primary school for the remainder of the academic year? In this role as a HLTA, the successful candidate will be required to provide dedicated 1:1 & small group phonics & reading support in the morning, whilst then providing classroom supervision to KS2 students in the afternoon.

HLTA – Role Information:

  • Located in Warrington (WA5)
  • Paid Β£105 per day during term time only – Online CPD course included
  • Providing 1:1 & small group phonics & reading support to KS1 pupils
  • Supporting KS2 students in afternoon through classroom supervision
  • Monday to Friday role based in one primary school
  • Working hours: 08.30am to 15.30pm

HLTA – Applicant Requirements:

  • Minimum 2:1 UK based Psychology, Childhood Studies or Behaviour degree
  • Prior experience working with children
  • Naturally outgoing and supportive individual
  • Strong organisation and communication skills
