SEMH Teaching Assistant – Pre-Requisites

  • Must drive, and hold a full UK Driving License
  • Must be willing to acquire Business Insurance
  • Core Degree from British University
  • Patient and nurturing
  • Must have previous experience working with SEN
  • Confident and outgoing personality, whilst remaining capable of a professional persona
  • Very high levels of resilience
  • Experience working with students who display challenging behaviours
