A superb sixth-form college located in the Balsall Heath area of Birmingham is eager to find a committed, knowledgeable and outgoing Science Subject Tutor able to provide dedicated 1:1, small group and classroom supervision to AS & A-Level students within either the Biology, Chemistry or Physics subject.

Science Subject Tutor – Role Information:

  • Providing 1:1, small group & classroom supervision to AS & A-Level students
  • Working within the Biology, Chemistry or Physics subject
  • Paid £100 per day during term time only
  • Working hours: 08.30am – 16.00pm
  • 5 FREE online CPD courses included – SEN, Mental Health & Behaviour
  • Minimum 2:1 incoming or obtained Science based degree
  • Strong academic background
  • Prior experience tutoring, mentoring or teaching desirable
  • Superb organisation and communication skillset
  • Ability to build and solidify rapport with young people
