Head of English – the role:
- Full-time: 37 hours per week
- Responsible to the assistant principal
- Coordinate and lead the implementation of English education programmes and schemes of work to enable high-quality teaching and learning for exam-based English.
- Work collaboratively with all staff to maximize outcomes.
- Work closely with the Curriculum Administrator to ensure efficient dissemination of information and administration related to the subject.
- Collaborate regularly with the Heads of Curriculum to maintain strong communication.
- Lead all Area staff in data analysis to monitor learner progress effectively.
- Introduce, implement, and monitor online resources to enhance learner development.
