Head of English – the role:

  • Full-time: 37 hours per week
  • Responsible to the assistant principal
  • Coordinate and lead the implementation of English education programmes and schemes of work to enable high-quality teaching and learning for exam-based English.
  • Work collaboratively with all staff to maximize outcomes.
  • Work closely with the Curriculum Administrator to ensure efficient dissemination of information and administration related to the subject.
  • Collaborate regularly with the Heads of Curriculum to maintain strong communication.
  • Lead all Area staff in data analysis to monitor learner progress effectively.
  • Introduce, implement, and monitor online resources to enhance learner development.
