As a Delivery Consultant, you’ll work as part of our GxP team focusing on sourcing Life Sciences professionals for our US clients.
This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who enjoys the candidate management and delivery side of recruitment and wants to work in a high-performing environment without the focus on business development. You’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality talent solutions to some of the most innovative Biopharma companies in the world.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, job boards, and referrals
- Previous experience in contract recruitment - delivery / candidate sourcing
- Knowledge or interest in the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical sector (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a passion for quality delivery
