As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take full ownership of your own market on our busy GxP contract desk – developing client relationships, sourcing top talent and driving business growth. You’ll be part of a collaborative, supportive team that celebrates wins together and invests in your long‑term success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture new business opportunities through networking, outreach (lead generation, cold calling, etc.) and market intelligence
  • Build lasting partnerships with clients and candidates across the Life Sciences sector
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle – from job brief to successful placement
  • Negotiate offers, close deals and deliver outstanding experiences for all stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Proven experience operating in a 360 recruitment role with a focus on contract/interim placements
