As a Delivery Consultant, you’ll work as part of our GxP team focusing on sourcing Life Sciences professionals for our US clients. This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who enjoys the candidate management and delivery side of recruitment and wants to work in a high-performing environment without the focus on business development. You’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality talent solutions to some of the most innovative Biopharma companies in the world.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through to placement
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, job boards, and referrals
- Support contract recruitment across the US, placing mid-to-senior level professionals within the Life Sciences sector
- Meet tight delivery deadlines across multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
What You Bring:
- Previous experience in contract recruitment - delivery / candidate sourcing
- Experience managing the full recruitment process
- Knowledge or interest in the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical sector (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a passion for quality delivery
- A proactive, organised and relationship-focused approach
