What You’ll Be Doing- Deliver mid-to-senior level professionals within the Life Sciences sector
- Partner with existing client relationships to help expand and strengthen those accounts
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle - from sourcing and screening to placement
- Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, job boards, and referrals
- Support contract recruitment across multiple regions (UK, Europe, and US)
- Previous experience in contract recruitment delivery or candidate resourcing
- Knowledge or interest in the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical sector (preferred but not essential)
- Experience managing the full recruitment process
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for quality delivery
- A proactive, organised, and relationship-focused approach
