As a Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take full ownership of your own market on a busy contract desk - developing client relationships, sourcing top talent, and driving business growth. What You’ll Be Doing
  • Develop and nurture new business opportunities through networking, outreach (lead generation, cold calling etc.) and market intelligence
  • Build lasting partnerships with clients and candidates across the Life Sciences sector
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle - from job brief to successful placement
  • Negotiate offers, close deals, and deliver outstanding experiences for all stakeholders
