About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to support a rare disease franchise within our commercial organization. This individual will play an important role in shaping and delivering healthcare professional (HCP) engagement strategies and marketing initiatives across international markets. Reporting to the Marketing Lead, the successful candidate will oversee a variety of projects from concept through execution and performance evaluation. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional and regional teams to ensure high-quality delivery aligned with brand strategy, timelines, and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of selected customer engagement initiatives, including scientific meetings, advisory activities, and other stakeholder events.
- Support the development and adaptation of promotional and non-promotional content aligned with brand objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g., Medical, Compliance, Digital, Corporate Affairs) and regional teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution.
- Contribute to multi-channel campaign planning and content deployment across digital and traditional platforms.
- Manage external vendors, project timelines, and budgets to ensure efficient and compliant delivery.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to inform continuous improvement.
- Support broader brand planning, business reviews, and internal communications.
- Ensure all activities adhere to applicable regulatory and compliance standards.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
- Several years of experience within the biopharmaceutical or healthcare industry, ideally in a marketing or commercial role
- Experience working in cross-functional and international environments
- Strong project management capabilities
